Before you begin

Confirm that your device meets the system requirements. Download InboxAI only from the official download centre and never share your licence key or account credentials with support.

Prepare your first workspace

  1. Connect a sender account.Add an approved Gmail, Microsoft, Zoho or compatible SMTP identity.
  2. Prepare your contacts.Import and organise the audience you are permitted to contact.
  3. Create a campaign.Choose contacts, sender accounts and a clear campaign purpose.
  4. Review before launch.Use sender-health guidance and confirm your message before sending.

Troubleshooting

If your operating system blocks the installer, stop and confirm that the build came from the official Download Centre. Do not disable system security controls to install an unverified file.
