No. InboxAI is a focused desktop application. Licensing, updates, connected email providers and selected online services still require an internet connection.
InboxAI Desktop v0.1.4 supports Windows 10/11 x64 and macOS 12 or later on Apple Silicon. Linux is not currently available.
Yes for activation, connected sender services, updates and other online functionality. Some local workspace activity may continue without a connection, depending on the feature.

InboxAI v0.1.4 is currently distributed without Microsoft Authenticode signing. Verify the official filename and SHA-256 checksum before selecting Run anyway.
The current Apple Silicon build is not Apple Developer ID signed or notarized. After copying InboxAI to Applications, macOS may require right-click → Open or approval through System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Use PowerShell on Windows or Terminal on macOS to calculate the SHA-256 hash, then compare it with the official platform checksum file.
Enter the licence information issued for your organisation. Activation may register the authorised device and requires an internet connection.

InboxAI is designed to work with Gmail, Microsoft, Zoho and compatible custom SMTP accounts. Technical compatibility does not imply a provider partnership.
Connection behaviour depends on the selected provider and authentication method. Use provider-approved authentication where available and never share passwords or tokens with support.
No. InboxAI provides tools, diagnostics and recommendations, but final inbox placement depends on infrastructure, recipient systems, content, reputation and user behaviour.
No. Import only contacts you are permitted to reach. Maintain accurate records, process opt-outs promptly and comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.

InboxAI licensing is currently arranged manually. The approved quotation, invoice, order form or licence agreement defines the duration, limits, authorised devices and support terms.
InboxAI does not currently advertise an automatic self-service free trial. Controlled evaluation access may be arranged for qualified teams so compatibility and operational fit can be reviewed before commercial activation.
Digital licence fees are generally non-refundable after a key has been issued, activated or used, except where required by law or agreed in writing. Review the Refund Policy for details.
