These public terms describe the current website and manual licensing model. Any signed quotation, invoice, order form or software agreement controls where it states different terms.
Digital licence purchases
Because InboxAI is digitally delivered and licence access may be activated promptly, fees are generally non-refundable after a licence key has been issued, activated or used, except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Before activation
A cancellation request received before licence issuance or activation may be reviewed. Any approved refund may exclude payment-processing, tax or administrative charges that cannot be recovered.
Exceptions reviewed individually
Duplicate payments, incorrect charges and verified technical inability to use the software despite reasonable support may be reviewed individually. Approval is not automatic and may require diagnostic information.
Request process
Send the invoice reference, purchaser email and reason for the request to hello@inboxai.info. The written quotation, invoice or order terms prevail if they provide different refund conditions.
