Before you begin

Confirm that your device meets the system requirements. Download InboxAI only from the official download centre and never share your licence key or account credentials with support.

Installation steps

  1. Open the Download Centre.Choose the installer that matches your operating system and architecture.
  2. Verify the release information.Compare the published version, file size and SHA-256 checksum before opening it.
  3. Run the installer.Open the DMG, move InboxAI to Applications and launch the notarised app.
  4. Complete first launch.Review the application prompts and activate the approved trial or licence route.

Expected result

InboxAI opens to your workspace and allows you to continue with the approved setup, activation and outreach workflow.

Troubleshooting

If your operating system blocks the installer, stop and confirm that the build came from the official Download Centre. Do not disable system security controls to install an unverified file.
